Pop-up Blocking Software

In AnySite online, all maps and reports open in a separate browser window. As a result, Pop-up blocking software of any type will prevent your maps and reports from launching. In order to view your maps and reports you will need to either disable any Pop-up blockers currently on your system, or allow pop-ups from www.anysiteonline.com. By default, Windows XP Service Pack 2 installs a Pop-up Blocker within Internet Explorer [Additional Information]. In order to allow a new browser window to open, you will need to hold down the CTRL key when clicking the Show Map or Show Report button until the new window has been opened.

All clients using Norton Internet Security will need to modify some settings in Norton in order to allow viewing of the Anysite online product. [Additional Information].
